Global Symposium (ESS-GS, Dubai, 2025)

This prestigious symposium will provide an inspiring platform for researchers, innovators, and industry leaders from different fields to engage in cross-disciplinary dialogue and explore frontier developments in science and engineering. Topics will span key areas from basic sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, etc.) to applied engineering (Biological engineering, Chemical engineering, Computer engineering, Civil construction engineering, Electric engineering, Material engineering, Mechanical engineering, Aerospace and maritime engineering, etc.). Computer science, Artificial intelligence, Energy and environment, Advanced materials and manufacturing, Food and agroforestry, sustainability, Quantum and nanoscience, and Health and medicine are particularly welcome. The event aims to spotlight cutting-edge research that addresses global challenges.

Engineered Science is a new concept and represents a new field. It emphasizes the importance of both science and engineering. For Science, the engineering should be emphasized during the study. For Engineering, the science should be considered and adopted to avoid any mishap in their deployment. In this engineered science process, the knowledge behind the phenomena should be discovered, understood theoretically and predictable for future by a mathematical model. With the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI), numerical simulation and analysis, deep learning, robotics, machine learning, etc., researchers can disclose and predict the nature unprecedentedly. People will benefit from the reported Engineered Science results for their convenient and reliable life.

In addition to showcasing transformative innovation and fostering international collaboration, this conference also celebrates the remarkable achievements of the Engineered Science Society (ESS) and the growing impact of its prestigious journals under Engineered Science Publisher (ESP). Widely recognised across many countries, these journals continue to contribute significantly to global scientific progress and excellence.

Looking to the future, the Engineered Science Society will establish the National Academy of Engineered Science (ESS-NAES) and the International Research Institute for Engineered Science (ESS-IRIES), as well as set up the Education & Research Foundation (ESS-ERF), further facilitating the development of new fields in engineered science, and enhancing the contribution and influence of the Engineered Science Society.

1) Registration and Payment

To complete your registration, please follow the steps below:

1.1 Create a user account with the registration portal.

1.2 Login and click “Registration”.  

Follow the given steps to complete the online form. Once completed,

(a) A Registration ID will be assigned. Invoice and payment instructions can be viewed online under “registration account”.

(b) You can pay fees immediately (recommended) or later. However, late fees will apply (if paid after 20th December 2025).

1.3 A receipt can only be issued after payment is cleared. You can view online and/or print your copy with your user account.

1.4 Online portal closes on 20th December 2025. After 20th December 2025, registration can only be made onsite.

1.5 Admission to the conference is on the condition that any fees owing to the conference (including late registration) must be paid onsite at the registration desk. 

The banquet dinner is included in full registration. For student attendants and additional guests, the banquet dinner can be purchased alongside the registration for $50 per person.

3) Student Registration

If selecting this option, you must upload the student status proof. This can be in the form of a letter issued by the school or a matriculation card. Without the student status proof, payment at student rates cannot be accepted. The proof document must be in English and should contain at least the following:

1. Student name

2. Student matriculation number (student ID with photo)

3. Expiration date or Expected graduation date (this should be later than the conference date)

4. University name

4) Registration Withdrawal / Cancellation Policies

1) Authors must register and pay by 15th December 2025 to have their Abstracts included in the conference program and any publications produced for distribution at the conference.
2) There will be no refund for withdrawal/cancellation notices received after 15th December 2025. For a notice received before 15th December 2025, an administration fee of USD 100 will apply.

1) Preparing an Abstract

Please use this abstract template for both oral and poster presentation preparation:

When you are submitting the abstract, the file name of abstract should be in this format:

2) Submitting an Abstract

Once you complete the abstract using the provided template, indicating oral or poster presentation at the top of your abstract, then please submit through your personal conference account submission portal, alternatively, please submit to dubai@espublisher.com 

3) Review and Acceptance Process

The conference team will review and assess the submission time by time, the outcome of your submission will be released by email.

Selected type of presentation and symposium will be granted whenever possible; conference team reserve the final right to modify arrangements.

Presented by the Engineered Science Society during ESS-GS, 2025, this series encourages engineered science talents to stand out in research and innovation.

Awarded to scholars who have made groundbreaking and transformative achievements in the new field of engineered science.

2. Outstanding Innovator Award

Awarded to scholars aged 45 or younger who have achieved representative and original results in basic science or engineered research.

3. Young Innovator Award

Awarded to scholars aged 35 or younger who demonstrate outstanding innovation ability and potential in Engineered Science research or technology application.
